Maybird Retail Park

Construction of a major extension for this retail park, including new sub-stations, modifications to site wide water services and gas services, layout of a new car park and construction of site offices and small outlets.

Follow on projects included construction of new facades for all existing shops and outfitting of several units for retailers.
