A series of projects on this out-of-town shopping centre including: installation of new electrical sub-stations; construction of a major new supermarket; relocation and refurbishment of the local market site; construction of two new shopping wings; redevelopment of existing shopping malls; re-design of the smoke ventilation systems and sprinklers; and installation of new escalators and lifts.
