As part of the phased refurbishment of this landmark Grade II Listed Theatre, we were appointed to survey the existing heating and ventilation systems and to provide report and recommendation for their upgrade / and or replacement. We were responsible for the selection of a contractor to undertake specific improvement works and to undertake detailed technical investigations under our direction to assist with the completion of our report.

Subsequently we were appointed to provide design services for the phased refurbishment works covering the major front of house areas including main entrance, theatre foyers, box office and cloakroom, VIP suite, WC’s and bars. Most recently we have been appointed to upgrade the theatres heating, ventilation and cooling installations to accommodate increased audience capacity.
