Bond Street House

Refurbishment of the existing building. New Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services were provided to the three upper floors and central plant and equipment was modified, upgraded and replaced as required. Existing tenants remained in occupation within the lower floor areas throughout the duration of the Works which had to be planned and programmed to ensure the minimum of disruption and ongoing maintenance of existing services.
