Berekeley Hotel

Initially appointed in connection with the planned development of a new hotel extension incorporating approximately one hundred additional bedrooms, new penthouse suites and a remodelled hotel entrance / reception. The scheme was developed to Planning.

We have since completed the fit out of the Hotel’s largest and most spectacular Suite, the Opus Suite, working alongside the interiors architect Andre Fu. The Suite comprises expansive living spaces including living salon, fully fitted kitchen, dining room, and solid marble bathroom. Attention to detail was essential from the outset to ensure the development of a carefully integrated design that facilitated the delivery of Works of the highest standards within the constraints of the space.

We have also recently completed the replacement of the originals steam boiler plant with new low energy boilers and the refurbishment of existing bedrooms and suites.
