200 Oxford Street

Design of the engineering services associated with the provision of eleven new luxury apartments situated over ground and first floor retail spaces on London’s busy Oxford Street.

Works included the introduction of mezzanine floors within each apartment; taking advantage of significant floor to ceiling heights; and the construction of additional accommodation at roof level.

The works were undertaken and completed within a live operational site and were programmed and planned to limit the risk of disturbance or nuisance to normal building function and operation.
