Engineering Services Design and Project Management for the replacement of the existing chiller plant and roof mounted air coolers at the Westminster Offices of Arts Council England and associated works. The works were planned and arranged to be undertaken to limit the disruption to normal business operations; the building remained live and operational throughout the duration of the works.

Subsequent Design of the M&E Engineering Services installations associated with the refurbishment of various UK offices of Arts Council England including Brighton, Manchester, Birmingham and the fit out of their new Head Office in Bloomsbury, London.
