Construction of a new scientific laboratory on a major chemical manufacturing site in Warrington. Four different laboratories for testing of polymers involving highly toxic catalysts. Extensive ventilation schemes for close temperature control, servicing of extensive fume cabinets and emergency ventilation.

Installations also include drench shower facilities with permanent warm water supplies. Offices and meeting rooms are accommodated on the same site.
