We have undertaken extensive re-development of many of the office floors in this prestigious city-centre office building.

In addition, we have been engaged to replace the central heating and cooling heat pump system and to convert this system from reliance on groundwater cooling from neighbouring railway systems to air-source systems. Current projects include replacement and upgrade of the electrical infrastructure and fire alarm systems throughout the site.
