Powergen Headquarters

This ground-breaking office block for Powergen features a natural-ventilation cooling scheme in a densely occupied office.

Exposed soffits assist in the cooling solution and also create a comfortable lighting environment. Extensive use is made of building automation 24 hours per day in order to see that the daytime environment is suitable year-round.

Successful completion of this building led to a commission to construct an additional office for Powergen on the same site.
