Conde Nast Office

The Cat B fit out of the new Mayfair offices for Conde Nast. Works included the modification, alteration and adaption of the Cat A HVAC services installations to suit the Client’s particular occupancy and layout.

Of particular note was the need to coordinate the Engineering Services within a particularly tight ceiling void and the careful planning and positioning of all active equipment to facilitate future maintenance and upkeep; taking into account that a new Barrisol ceiling was installed throughout the occupied space below the line of the Engineering Services.

New Electrical Services were provided throughout including the provision of power and controls to Electrochromatic Glazing which was provided, for masking / screening purposes, to Managers’ offices and meeting rooms.
