Major refurbishment of the former Bluecoat School in Liverpool City Centre into a first-class Arts Centre.

The majority of the work was undertaken within the original Grade I listed Queen Anne building, with a new performing art wing being added to the rear, replacing a bomb-damaged wing from WWII. All work was undertaken in a manner sympathetic to the building fabric – old and new – and provides a fully comfort cooled performance space, art galleries, workshop spaces, boutique retail outlets, a café and restaurant with full catering kitchens.
