Friargate Plot C10

Completion of Friargate Plot 10 for Coventry City Council. This is the second Building that has been completed as part of a City Centre Masterplan.

The building is approximately 20,000 sq. ft. and comprises twelve upper floors over a basement car park. Retail units, entrance and reception are located at Ground floor level. The building was constructed to Shell and Core albeit three of the upper floors and the Ground Floor were fitted out to BCO Category A Standards.

We were appointed to undertake pre and post contract Services for the full range of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services.
