Met Building

A full refurbishment of this office block on Tottenham Court Road was undertaken, providing fully heated, cooled and mechanically ventilated offices in a building with very limited headroom.

The new engineering systems have been incorporated into a new façade for the building, which also significantly improved energy losses. Each office space is locally ventilated via the façade.
