Bluecoat Arts Centre

This Grade I listed building in the centre of Liverpool recently underwent a process of major refurbishment, including a new-build Art Gallery and Performing Arts Wing. Within the new wing, a variety of mechanically ventilated and cooled spaces have been created, including a performance space for an audience of 200. Galleries include a comprehensive lighting and power system, whilst the performance space includes lighting rafts, theatre power and sound distribution systems. A new fine dining Restaurant and Café complete the refurbishment programme.

In addition, the majority of the space comprises lettable offices and studio spaces for letting to the arts community. It also houses a number of shop units letting onto the two courtyard areas.

We have remained involved in this prestigious site since the refurbishment and have recently completed a major re-vamp of the café/meeting area to reflect the evolving use of the site.
