The planned development of two residential buildings located off the Kings Road in London.  Comprising two blocks; offering a combined total of 31 Residential Units. The first block, offers apartments for private sale; the second is designed to prescribed Housing Association Standards.

All heating and hot water is provided by Heat Pumps serving individual Heat Interface Units with underfloor heating and direct hot water, with cooling to the private apartments being provided by VRF installations.  There is no provision or requirement for gas.  A new Substation has been procured to serve the site and electrical demand is supported by arrays of Photovoltaic cells distributed across each roof.

The larger block incorporates 20,000 sq. ft. Commercial Office space at first floor level fitted out to BCO Category A Standards. The ground floor and double basement space of the larger block, and the ground floor of the smaller block is presented as Shell and Core for fit out by end user/tenant.
