Initially, we were involved on this site to offer expert advice due to the failure of a previous office occupation scheme. On satisfactory conclusion of that exercise, we were invited to design the engineering for a new office fit-out.

This former London Transport servicing depot adjacent to the Paddington Basin offered considerable challenges as a potential office due to the vastly differing floor plates and floor-to-ceiling heights between floors. The location immediately adjacent to the A40 flyover also posed challenges both for internal noise control and air quality.
